Hello everyone!
In a month and some I totally gained freshman 15, which basically means I gained 15 pounds (about 6 kg). I promise myself that I won't, but you know... it happens. It is very common in US, but this in no way is an excuse. I am not pleased with my body and not happy with the way it looks now.
I think I mostly gained it because of my laziness. My diet is unhelathy - mostly fast food or "white" food which equals bad food like white bread, white rice etc. Mostly everyday I find an excuse to order "take away" food, mostly pizza or chinese food.
I used to walk to my school (about 30 minutes in every way - 4 km or 2,5 miles), but now I am driving when I could walk - distance is very alike, but no, because I am lazy, haha.
Yesterday I started Jillian Michales 30 day shred program and must say I want to die, basically. Workout is very intense and you can definitely feel you fat burning. I am on my day 2 and my whole body is in pain. What is funny, I am not sad or you know, crying over my pain, but I am mad because I let my body to go so out of shape.
If you google "before and after" pictures you can see some amazing results. That keeps me very motivated.
I measured myself so at the day 30 I will reveal the results. Hoping for the best :)
